Inside Walkthrough offers step-by-step strategies for completing complex puzzles and moving through tricky areas. Learn how to sneak past guards, avoid wild dogs and use the environment to your advantage.

Explore the forest with tips on sneaking past hunters and using crates as cover. Dive into the underground with clear steps on solving challenging puzzles and evading dangers. Then, unlock a special secret ending to further explore this cryptic game.

The Forest

As soon as you enter this area, you’ll see a Wiggler climbing down a tree stump. Head west and interact with it to collect a Surprise Box, ticking off another item on your list. There’s also a corral in the middle of the area where you can speak to Ingo and fork over 10 Rupees for a pony ride. However, you can also play Epona’s Song to make the best horse come running out of the gate for free.

Once you’ve done that, continue down the ramps and meet some new bat-like enemies called Hummers. Stomp them all and you’ll reach a pit filled with Koboh Dust. Force Pull a Pillar covered in vines on the side and climb it. Continue up the cliff to a relter and grab onto it to glide across to the other side of the pit.

The Farm

The first area of Inside contains a lot of traps and challenges. The game requires quick thinking and fast movement to survive, as other characters and the environment are hostile towards the player. This guide provides tips on how to get through each challenge and unlock all the achievements and the secret ending of the game.

While running across one of the rooftops in the farm area, look for a yellow cable above you. Instead of jumping down, follow it to the right and interact with a box to destroy it. This will open the way to the next area.

Upon entering the farm, keep an eye out for the chickens that decide to follow you – they will be useful in solving the next puzzle. Make your way to the farmhouse and go through the corn field. Avoid getting caught by a car or pig as you run through the fields.

Toward the end of the cornfield, there will be a spot where the foreground is less full of cornstalks than any other part before it. Interact with the trapdoor in this location to reveal a hidden orb and complete the ‘Field Research’ achievement. The uncovered orb is also accessible by walking backward into the building at the top of the farm and climbing down the ladder.

The Underwater Lab

The ninth Part of Inside begins in a water lab. To reach the next part of the puzzle, first open the ejection machine on the left. After that, enter the water and quickly swim to the iron chain on the right. Jump off the chain to trigger the button in the water and trap the water ghost. Next, open the lower right wall. Then, follow the black plastic tubing that runs along the bottom of the pond to the secret lab door. Make sure to pause often to top up your oxygen meter while you do this.

Once you're near the secret lab, look up and you'll see a breaker switch. It's hard to reach without the Bubble Helmet or Gill Tube, so be sure you have either of those items before heading here.

When you reach the pond lab, there is one long-haired creature in this room that's deadly if it touches you. Keep this in mind as you head into the area, and try to keep it away by shining a light on it from time to time. You'll eventually reach a large room where you'll find a launch box all the way to the right with a button in midair. Hit the button, and a platform will appear to knock the box off its track. This will allow you to reach the breaker switch in the back of the room.

The Surface and Observatory

The last part of the game is the Observatory area and is the most exciting. This is where you'll fight numerous Imperial troopers, Bedlam Raiders and droids. Throughout this section you'll also get to see the massive Gottleib Transit Corridor and the observatory itself.

To find the first Orb in this section, skip swimming right and instead swim left after the dogs chase you underwater. There will be a pillar you can destroy by rocking back and forth. This will reveal a secret orb.

To reach the observatory itself, climb to the top of the Inside Walkthrough east structure. You'll need to grapple over a destroyed walkway here.
